ICPMS 2025 Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission (Submission Deadline: March 20, 2025)
- Please prepare a 250-word abstract of your presentation in English. Click to download Abstract Template.
- Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your abstract, click “Submit Paper” to upload your abstract, and indicate the type of communication (invited/oral/poster) followed by the title. In case of a failure in use of the system, please contact the organizing committee at secretary@pmsconf.org.
- Once approved by the conference committee, the delegates will be notified by email and receive the Invitation Letter.
- Abstract submissions may be presented at the conference, but will not be published in the ICPMS2025 conference proceedings.
Full Paper Submission (Submission Deadline: March 20, 2025)
- Please prepare an original manuscript in English, Click to download Paper Template Word/ LaTex.
- Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your manuscript, click “Submit Paper” to upload your manuscript, and indicate the type of communication (oral/poster) followed by the title. In case of a failure in use of the system, please contact the organizing committee at secretary@pmsconf.org.
- Once passed the initial check, the manuscript will be assigned to reviewers for double-blind peer review. Paper submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email in about 1 month.
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper.
- Peer-reviewed accepted and registered papers will be published in ICPMS2025 conference proceedings, and submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus.
Presentation Requirements
- Speech:
- 30 min for plenary speech, 20 min for invited speech, 10 min for oral presentation, including questions or discussion.
- For speakers, please arrive the session room 15 min before your talk to upload and check your slides.
- Poster:
- Presenters should carry the Home-made poster to the conference site and hand it to the conference staff at the registration desk.
- Presenters must remain in the vicinity of their poster through the session to answer questions.
- Recommended poster size: 60cm (wide)*160cm (high).
